I am a first year softball coach that was asked to coach cross country because of my track background in HS and college. I have no background in cross country. I was a sprinter and a hurdler, nothing like cross country. I will only have about 10-15 runners ranging from 8th-12th grade. I am at a class B school. I am open to absolutely any help I can get. Please offer any information you have ie. helpful websites, workout regiments, ANYTHING! I greatly appreciate it.
